Donkey milk
Donkey milk is the milk of female donkeys . It is the only food for the donkeys in the first months of life. The antibodies it contains in the first days of life ( colostrum ) help build and strengthen the immune system .

Just like mare's milk, donkey's milk is very similar to human breast milk , although the proportion of lipids is noticeably low and the proportion of lactose is high. In the past it was often used as a natural substitute for breast milk. The whey of them contain a lot of milk sugar and taste sweet.
