Esimbi is a language spoken by around 20,000 in the southwestern part of the country of Cameroon .

It is also known as Isimbi , Simpi , Age , Aage , Bogue or Mburugam and is a tivoid - and thus also a bantoid - language.

The Esimbi speakers now mainly speak English and French in everyday life, as these have been the official languages ​​of Cameroon since the British-French rule and Esimbi has no status.
