The Estadio Sausalito ( German : Sausalito Stadium ) is a stadium in the Chilean city of Viña del Mar . It was opened in 1929 and can now seat 22,360 spectators. It was named after Sausalito , the US twin city Viña del Mars, and is currently mainly used as a football stadium.
In 1962, 8 World Cup matches were played here , including 6 preliminary round, 1 quarter-final and 1 semi-final.
The football club Everton de Viña del Mar plays its home games here.
