Eugène Verpault

Eugène Hippolyte Verpault (born November 16, 1885 in Dijon , † June 23, 1980 ) was a French racing car driver .

Career

Eugène Verpault was in the early stages of the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice in this long distance race at the start. In his debut race in 1923 , he drove a Brasier TC4 to eleventh place in the overall ranking. A year later he was overall seventh together with his compatriot Marcel Delabarre .
