Eurico de Jesus

Eurico de Jesus (born June 10, 1977 ) is a Macauian racing car driver . He won the Macau Touring Car Championship in 2010 .

Career

De Jesus began his motorsport career in Asian touring car racing . In 2003 he won the Macau Fortuna Trophy and came second in the Macau / Hong Kong Intersport Trophy . At both events he started in a Honda Civic . After finishing third in the Macau CTM Cup in 2006, he finished second in this race in 2008 and finally won it in 2009. This year it was called the Macau Touring Car Cup . De Jesus completed these races in the Honda Integra . He also took part in races in the Asian Touring Car Championship in 2008. In 2010 de Jesus won the AAMC Challenge of the Macau Touring Car Championship in a Honda Integra . In 2012 he reached third place in this series

In 2012 de Jesus also made his debut in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). In a Honda Accord Type-R he started for the Five Auto Racing Team at the Macau event on the Guia Circuit .
