Euroapotheca is a holding company founded in 2007 by the Lithuanian concern " Vilniaus prekyba ". Since summer 2007 she has been managing the Group's pharmacy chains in four European countries (LT, LV, EE, PL). The core market is Lithuania. The turnover in 2012 was 966.906 million litas (280 million euros) and the share capital 99 million euros (2013). In 2007 there were 3,000 employees. There are 400 pharmacies (2013).
