The European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry , abbreviated Eur. J. Med. Chem. , Is a scientific journal published by Elsevier-Verlag on behalf of the French Société de Chimie Thérapeutique (SCT). The journal was founded in 1965 under the name Chimica therapeutica - Chimie thérapeutique and changed its name to the European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry in 1974 .
