Eva B. Keller

Eva B. Keller (* 1956 in Zurich ) is a Swiss politician ( SP ). She sits for the constituency See-Gaster in the St. Gallen Cantonal Council .

Live and act

Keller lived in Wetzikon and Zurich for many years . She has lived in Gommiswald since 1989 . From 1976 she studied natural sciences at the ETH Zurich and did her doctorate . From 1989 she also completed a theology degree at the University of Zurich .

She began her political career in 2000 as a member of the SP in what was then the Gaster district . After the cantonal district reform, she became a board member of the newly founded SP district party See-Gaster, since 2005 she has presided over it. In February 2007 she made the leap to the cantonal council, but resigned in May 2008. She ran again in the cantonal elections in 2012 and was elected. Since then she has represented the constituency of See-Gaster in the cantonal council. She is also on the board of the SP Switzerland.
