Eva Kaili

Evdoxia "Eva" Kaili ( Greek Ευδοξία "Εύα" Καϊλή , born October 26, 1978 in Thessaloniki ) is a Greek politician of the social democratic PASOK and former journalist .

Life

Kaili was elected to the Greek Parliament for PASOK in the 2007 and 2009 general elections. She has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 . There she chairs the Delegation for relations with the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and is a member of the Conference of Delegation Chairs, the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy and the Special Committee on Tax Rulings and other measures of a similar nature or effect. In 2012, the British tabloid The Sun named the Greek one of the most beautiful politicians in Europe.
