Eva Umbauer

Eva Umbauer (born April 28, 1970 in Freistadt , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian radio presenter.

Eva Umbauer completed her Matura at the Federal High School in Freistadt (modern language branch) and then began studying English and American studies, Russian and theater studies in Vienna. Initially she worked for Ö3 on the programs ZickZack and Musicbox . She later worked for programs such as the Ö3 Night Express and Ö1 Diagonal . Heartbeat developed from her moderation, which she moderates on FM4 to this day (2015) . In the founding year of the radio station FM4, Umbauer moved there as editor, presenter and journalist, but continued to work for Ö1 (Diagonal, Leporello ). At the beginning of 1996 Umbauer moved to London as a correspondent for FM4 and Ö1 until the end of 1997. Since 2004 she has been working as an editor, presenter and journalist for ORF Radio (FM4 and Ö1).
