Eva Weber-Guskar

Eva Weber-Guskar (* 1977 in Munich ) is a German philosopher .

Life

She studied philosophy, comparative literature and political science at the LMU Munich , the Sorbonne in Paris and the Humboldt University in Berlin (2001 master's degree with a thesis on the concept of perspective in Leibniz's monadology ). After completing his doctorate in 2007 at the Free University of Berlin with Peter Bieri on “Clarity of feelings. What it means to understand emotions ”she was a research assistant at the chair for practical philosophy at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen from 2008 to 2010 . Since the winter semester of 2019, she has been a Heisenberg professor at the Ruhr University Bochum.
