Eva Wybrands (born September 5, 1951 in Magdeburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Wybrands completed a university degree in German and English and was a high school teacher and worked in teacher training.

Wybrands is the state chairwoman of the Sachsen-Anhalt Women's Union . She is a member of the federal executive committee of the CDU and the presidium of the federal women's union. She is also President of the International Commission on Science, Education and Culture of the European Women's Union.

From 2002 to 2006 Wybrands sat in the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt during the fourth electoral period . She was directly elected in the Magdeburg I state electoral district and worked in the Ministry of Economics and Labor.
