history

The “home of servants” was founded in 1874 by the pastor Phillipp Paulus in Fellbach, intended as a “home for elderly and disabled maids”. In 1928 the name was changed from “servants' home” to “evangelical women's home”, and in 1974 finally to “evangelical old people's home”.
