Ewald Bockermann (born February 11, 1928 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Bockermann played in the 1949/50 season for Arminia Bielefeld in what was then the first-class Oberliga West . In 24 games he scored a goal, but could not prevent the relegation of Arminia. Then Bockermann moved to the Oberliga Nord to SV Arminia Hannover . He played at Bischofsholer Damm for three years and scored ten goals in 51 league games, then went to TSV Havelse .
In later years Bockermann took over functions at Arminia, for example in the winter of 1986/87 as a "crisis manager" after the dismissal of the trainer Werner Biskup and problems in the sponsorship area.
