Ewald Könsgen

Ewald Könsgen (born June 16, 1941 ) is a German Middle Latin philologist .

Life

Ewald Könsgen studied at the University of Bonn , became an assistant there in 1969, obtained his doctorate in 1972 and qualified as a professor in 1986 . In 1989 he became a professor at the University of Marburg , and in 2005 he retired.
