Enforcement order
Execution order (abbreviated EO) is the name of the law in Austria that regulates the execution procedure . The execution procedure, like the insolvency procedure, is part of the foreclosure procedure in civil procedure law .

The Austrian enforcement order was largely adopted under this name in Liechtenstein (law of November 24, 1971 on enforcement and legal safeguarding procedures. Short title: Exekutionsordnung, abbreviation: EO. LGBl 1972/32/2).
