Exeque

Exeque was a measure of the volume of grain in the Portuguese possessions in Lower Guinea ( Portuguese Guinea ). The measure was about the same as the Portuguese fanga .

  • 1 Exeque = 4 Cazungueles = 55.3 liters (Lisbon 55.563 liters)

The fanga as a so-called dry measure was used in Portugal and Brazil .

  • (Grain deleted) 1 Fanga = 4 Alqueires
  • ( Coals in Lisbon ) 1 Fanga = 8 Alqueires (heaped)
