Ludovico Nabruzzi

Ludovico Nabruzzi (born June 27, 1846 in Ravenna ; † September 23, 1920 ibid) was a socialist agitator and served, among other things, as an accountant for Mikhail Bakunin during his stay in Minusio (1872–1873). The law student was a member of the International Workers' Association from an early age .

Life

In 1872 Nabruzzi joined the federal anti-authoritarian international of Saint-Imier and moved to Lugano , where he occasionally worked as a clerk. In 1875 he published the magazine "L'Agitatore" (The Agitator), which appeared in five issues, and split off the Ceresio section from the Internationale.

In 1877 he was arrested in Paris , and in 1881 he took part in the congress of the northern Italian socialists in Chiasso . In the same year he returned to Italy, where he remained until his death.
