Extreme-G is a series of futuristic racing games from the former computer game manufacturer Acclaim Entertainment .

General

In the Extreme-G games, the player takes control of a futuristic motorcycle with which he races against other high-speed bikes at high speeds. Similar to wipEout , it is possible to pick up weapons from the track and use them against the opponents.

In the multiplayer mode it is also possible to compete against human players either on racetracks or in battle arenas.

The development team for the first two parts is Probe Entertainment , which became Acclaim Studios London in 1999 . The following two games in the series were developed by Acclaim Studios Cheltenham .
