from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ezec Le Floc'h (born February 13, 1970 in Nantes ) is a French circus artist.

From 1989 to 1994 he attended the l'école supérieure des arts du cirque de Chalons en Champagne (circus college) and then worked at Cirque Nu and the company of Jérôme Thomas . In 1996 he founded his own group and developed his first piece, Un , based on juggling with skittles . This form of building a dramaturgically consistent and narrative piece with the means of artistry is essentially developed by him. In 1999 Le Floc'h organized a workshop with 10 other circus artists, from which a piece was developed ( Au pire on fait ce qu'on a de meilleur ). Since then he has worked repeatedly with other artists and shows his pieces internationally. Solitude meublée was invited to the Fringe Festival of the Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen in 2007 .

Ezec Le Floc'h lives in Paris.
