Fàbrica de pells
Antiga fàbrica de pells ( "Old Leather Factory" ) is a historic industrial building in the Andorran municipality of Escaldes-Engordany .

The leather and textile factory was designed by the Andorran architect Xavier Pla and built in 1946 and 1947. The material used for the facades is granite stone in the form of irregularly arranged blocks in the typical Andorran granite architecture of the 1930s to 1960s. The rectangular industrial building consists of a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors and an attic. The top floor has a balcony. The main entrance is on Avinguda del Pont de la Tosca . Next to the main building is a warehouse with a pent roof that was later added to the side . Today the building is used by various companies as an office and storage room.
Due to the importance of its granite architecture, the property was protected as a cultural monument by the Principality of Andorra in 2002 and entered in the list of cultural monuments under number 116.
