Faroese Women's Volleyball Cup
The Faroese Women's Volleyball Cup is the cup competition for volleyball club teams. In contrast to the championship , which was held for the first time in 1969, this has only been played since 2000. The record winner with seven titles is Mjølnir Klaksvík .

At the first edition, the final was contested once in best-of-three mode. A game was considered won after two sets of wins for a team, with the sets of wins being decided when 21 points were reached. Since the second edition, the finalists have met in a single game, the winner is the team which first wins three sets by reaching 25 points. If the score is 2: 2 after four sets, 15 points in the last set are enough to win the cup. In addition, in each set at least two points must have been achieved in order for the victory conditions to be met, otherwise the game will continue until this is the case.
2019/20 was initially played in two groups of three in a single round. The group first and second qualified for the semi-finals, which was decided in one game.

Worth mentioning
- Mjølnir Klaksvík was the only team to win the cup four times in a row between 2011 and 2014.
- In contrast, SÍ Sørvágur was between 2008 and 2013 six times in a row in the finals, of which two games were won.
- Kollafjarðar ÍF is the only finalist with two appearances who never won the cup.
