Färs & Frosta Sparbank Arena , also Lunds nya arena (New Arena Lund), is a multifunctional arena in the southern Swedish city ​​of Lund , in the Klostergården district . The arena was built in 2007 and 2008 and opened on September 19, 2008. The building is mainly used for handball by the clubs H 43 and LUGI HF ; it also houses an ice rink .

The arena holds 3,000 spectators at sporting events and up to 4,000 people at concerts and bears the name of the Swedish bank Färs & Frosta Sparbank . Games during the men's handball world championship will be played here in 2011 .
