Filling fleece

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Filling fleeces are voluminous, warming inserts for thermal clothing.

This type of nonwoven is partly multifunctional. Depending on the construction, with laminated hydro-membranes and the material used, the properties of the nonwovens are variably adapted to the respective purpose.

The usual form of processing is as inner stepper with not visible from the outside stitching or as a suspended only at the seams with bands hanging fabric, which improves the heat-retention and saves energy in the production.
