The 2016 F-League was the 6th season of the Australian Futsal League since it was officially launched in 2011. The defending champion was East Coast Heat .

The game was played in two rounds, a first round and a second round. The best four teams qualified for the championship games. The winner of the championship games became the new F-League champion. The games were played at Valentine Sports Park .

    In the championship round, the 1st placed against the 4th placed and the 2nd placed against the 3rd placed. The winners of the championship semi-finals qualified for the championship finals. The winner of this final became the new F-League champion. The game was played in the Valentine Sports Park .
