The F-League is the highest futsal league in Australia .

history

The F-League was founded in 2011 by the Australian Football Association. The first season was held with 6 futsal teams. In the years that followed, the league was expanded. However, many teams also left the F-League. A total of 17 different teams have played in the league to date. The league currently has 8 teams.

The top ranked team will take part in the AFC Futsal Club Championship the following season .
