The F. League is the highest futsal league in Japan .

history

The F. League was founded in 2007 as a professional futsal league. At that time it was founded to allow the regional futsal champions to compete.

The F. League is professionally organized. There is neither a relegation nor a relegation place in a second division.

In each season all teams have to play against the other teams three times, once at home, once away and once in a neutral sports facility (mostly in the Yoyogi National High School ). Mostly the seasons start in August and end in February of the new year.

The top ranked team will take part in the AFC Futsal Club Championship the following season .
