Fiona E. Higgins (born in Wicklow (Ireland) or London) is an Irish children's author . She lives in the UK and was a teacher there. From 2000 she devoted herself entirely to writing. In 2008 she received the Bisto Honor Award for The Black Book of Secrets . Your books were u. a. translated into German, French, Russian and Spanish.
