FFAS Senior League (formerly also ASFA Soccer League) is the highest soccer league of the Football Federation American Samoa in American Samoa , which is played on an amateur level. The league is divided into two divisions, which currently consists of five and six clubs.
history
The first season of the FFAS Senior League was played in 1976.
In 2009, the last two game days and the play-offs were canceled because the only available pitch in the capital Pago Pago was badly damaged by a tsunami . In 2010 all games were played on the sports field of Kananafou Theological Seminary College , as the stadium in Pago Pago was still being repaired.
