Fabio Farioli

Fabio Farioli (born January 20, 1970 in Bergamo ) is an Italian enduro athlete. He was once Enduro World Champion and four times a member of the victorious Italian trophy team at the International Six-Day Race .

Career

Arnaldo Farioli's son began actively doing enduro sports in 1985. In 1988 he won the Italian motocross trophy. From 1991 to 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2006 he was the Italian Enduro Champion. In 2002 he was runner-up in the class up to 500 cm³ four-stroke, in 2005 and 2007 he was third in this class and in 2008 fifth.

In 1997 and 1999 he was the Italian raid marathon champion. In 2001 he also won the Italian Supermoto Championship and the TT Baja. In 2002 he was runner-up in the supermoto and 14th in 2003.

In 1993 he won the Enduro World Championship in the 500 cc four-stroke class. With the Italian national team in 1992, 1994, 1997 and 2000 he won the trophy at the international six-day race. In 1993 he achieved a class victory at this event.

He took over the management of the Italian KTM team from his father , which is now the official KTM works team in the Enduro World Championship.
