Fachkaufmann für Organization (Fachkaufmann für Organization) is a publicly recognized qualification at master level , which is awarded after successfully completing function- related commercial advancement training in accordance with the German Vocational Training Act. The examination takes place in front of the examination board of a chamber of industry and commerce (IHK).

There are no uniform national legal regulations for the advanced training examination to become a specialist in organization. However, special regulations have been issued by the competent chambers of industry and commerce.
