The half-timbered house Am Bräucher 2 is located in Pingsheim , a district of Nörvenich in the Düren district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The half-timbered house was built in 1762 and later changed several times. The house has 1½ storeys and faces the Kompstrasse with the eaves , but the gable faces the “Am Bräucher” street. On the eaves side there are three wide, lying compartments with continuous struts. The anchor beams are tapped through. The windows are only slightly larger than the original windows. The gable side has been completely renewed. The original double-hinge front door is on the courtyard side. It is cross-boarded. In hipped roof two are in the 19th century dormer windows were installed.

On March 20, 1985, the house was entered in the monument list of the municipality of Nörvenich under No. 55.
