Faggin is an Italian bicycle manufacturer from Padua .

The professional cyclist Marcello Faggin (1913–1984) opened his manufacture for bicycle frames in Udine in 1945 , but the company moved to Padua as early as 1947, where it is still located today. In the early days after the Second World War , production and material procurement were initially difficult. The company founder worked with professional racing cyclists from an early age. Since the early 1980s, Faggin has also been manufacturing racing bikes for Italy's most popular racing cyclist, Gino Bartali . At the Olympic Games in Los Angeles (USA) in 1984, the Italian national track cycling team rode with frames from Faggin. Prominent riders like Enzo Moser and Eddy Merckx and others have won numerous races with Faggin frames.

Today, Marcello Faggin's daughters - Maria Rosa, Gianna, Carla and Cristina - continue the company. Today the company builds steel and carbon frames.

The general importer for Germany, "Faggin Deutschland GmbH" is based in Grefrath .
