The Fair Energy GmbH , a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Reutlingen GmbH, is a regional multi-utility supply company based in Reutlingen . FairEnergie supplies its customers with electricity, natural gas, drinking water and district heating. The company also offers energy-related services and operates the Reutlingen baths.

The shareholders are Stadtwerke Reutlingen GmbH with 75.1% and the investment partner EnBW Kommunale Beteiligungen GmbH with 24.9%.

FairEnergie was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Reutlingen.

Holdings

FairEnergie has an 87.50% stake in Kraftwerk Reutlingen-Kirchentellinsfurt AG . The remaining 12.50% of the shares belong to the municipality of Kirchentellinsfurt .

On January 1, 2015, FairNetz GmbH was spun off as a subsidiary to operate the relevant supply networks .
