Faculty of Landscape Studies at the Kaunas College
Faculty of Landscape Science of the Kaunas College (lit. Kauno kolegijos Kraštotvarkos fakultetas ) is a faculty of Kauno kolegija . The faculty is located in Mastaičiai , Kaunas district . There are 1,100 students and 70 university professors.

history
In 1920 the school for horticulture and agriculture (lit. Sodininkavimo ir daržininkavimo mokykla ) was built in Aukštoji Freda . From 1923 it belonged to the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the Kauno universitetas and from 1924 to the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania . In 1925 the school was reorganized into Fredos aukštesnioji sodininkystės ir daržininkystės mokykla high school and in 1935 into Sodininkystės ir daržininkystės mokykla . In 1945 it became a technical center, then the Michurin - Sowchos - Technical Center Kaunas, and later Kauno žemės ūkio technikumas . In 1990 it became Kauno aukštesnioji žemės ūkio mokykla and then Aukštesnioji kraštotvarkos ir verslo mokykla (AKVM) high school . Since September 2002 it has been the Faculty of Landscape Science of the Kaunas College.
