Albinas Albertynas

Albinas Albertynas (born February 28, 1934 in Kampiškiai , Vilkaviškis Rajongemeinde , † May 26, 2005 ) was a Lithuanian politician.

Life

Albertynas moved to Germany with his family in 1944. After the Second World War he returned to Lithuania. In 1950 he graduated from the Progymnasium in Vištytis and studied at the horticultural technical college in Kaunas . In 1952 he was arrested and sentenced by the KGB . After Stalin's death he was released in 1954. In 1960 he graduated from Kauno sodininkystės - daržininkystės technikumas and in 1968 the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija . From 1992 to 1996 he was a member of the Seimas (constituency Jurbarkas ).

Since 1998 he was a member of the Lietuvos socialistų partija , a member of the council and board.
