The FMTG - Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group is a group of companies that deals with all areas of tourism, from planning and development to the management and sale of tourism projects and facilities. Under the Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences brand , the group operates 26 hotels, 3 apartment complexes and a premium campsite ( Austria , Italy , Slovakia , the Czech Republic , Serbia , Croatia and Montenegro ). The hotels correspond to the 4-star, 4-star superior and 5-star standards. The company's management board is made up of Otmar Michaeler (CEO) and Agron Berisa (COO). Erich Falkensteiner, one of the founding couple's two sons, is now chairman of the supervisory board.

history

In 1957 Maria and Josef Falkensteiner opened a small guesthouse in the Puster Valley in South Tyrol . The hotel group with over 2000 employees emerged from this in almost 60 years.

Falkensteiner Hotels and Residences

This area manages hotel operations in its own name for third parties. The focus is on the upscale 4-star and 5-star category. Marketing is based on the themes of activity, enjoyment, entertainment and slowing down.

FMTG Development

FMTG Development is looking for locations, developing projects, buying properties, looking for partners and investors and exploring business opportunities. The tasks in detail are the location evaluation and selection, project management and planning optimization, as well as the development of usage concepts, but also project marketing and financing, real estate sales.

Michaeler & Partner

The consulting company offers internal and external consulting services for the construction or conversion, renovation as well as the conception and operation of a tourist property. This includes strategic support for investors, banks, tourist destinations etc. as well as all-round service in the development of tourist projects.
