Falla Ndoye
Falla Ndoye (also Ndoje ; * 4. March 1960 , Senegal ) is a former Senegalese FIFA - football referee . He has been a football referee since 1993 and has whistled for international matches since 1995. He took part as a referee in the 1998, 2000, 2002 and 2004 African Football Championships and the 2002 World Cup, where he whistled the match between Saudi Arabia and Ireland .
