Broncini was also a member of the Uruguayan senior team . Overall, he completed six international matches from his debut on August 30, 1914 to his last game for the Celeste on November 2, 1921. He did not score a hit. Broncini took part with the national team in the South American Championships in 1921 (three games, no goal) and 1922 (no use). He also played an active role with the domestic national team at the 1916 Copa Newton .
