Federico Pinedo (born December 29, 1955 ) is an Argentine politician of the Propuesta Republicana .

Life

Pinedo was a member of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies from 2003 to 2015 . He was a member of the Senate from December 10, 2015 to December 9, 2019 . During this time he served as Senate President. As President of the Senate, he held the position of Head of State for twelve hours on December 10, 2015, until Mauricio Macri was sworn in.
