Feicheng

The city of Feicheng ( 肥 城市 , Féichéng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Tai'an . In 1999 Feichang had 960,232 inhabitants.
