The Feichtauhütte is a hut of the Steyr section of the Austrian Alpine Association in the Upper Austrian Pre-Alps . It is located on the Feichtaualm north of the Sengsengebirge . The hut was built between 1934 and 1936. Before that there was a 150 to 200 year old hunting and lumberjack hut. The Feichtauhütte was renovated in 1985.
