The Chinampo – Pyongyang field railway was an 88-kilometer hand-operated narrow-gauge railway from Chinampo (today: Nampo ) to Pyongyang in Korea ( Chōsen ).

The railway line was built and completed by the Japanese military in February 1895 with a gauge of 21 inches (533 mm) to carry supplies and people with hand-pushed cars. It was shut down and dismantled shortly after it was probably the first railway line in Korea to be completed and put into operation.
