Field cinema

As the theatrical or Front cinema are cinemas referred that in World War I and World War II as a traveling cinema for the entertainment of soldiers at the war front headlines. Since the field cinemas were organized by the respective war countries for their own soldiers, they were subject to the censorship and propaganda of the respective country.

Nowadays, troops on the war front are mostly entertained by performances by comedians, cabaret artists and musicians. Due to the technical progress there is television and radio via satellite.
