Felix Brodbeck
Felix Brodbeck (* 1960 in Hamburg) has held the chair for organizational and business psychology at the LMU Munich since November 2007 . Until 2007 he was the Chair of Organizational Psychology and later also Head of the Organizational Psychology Unit at the Aston Business School . As a member of the steering group of the GLOBE study founded in 1993 at the Wharton School of Management in the USA , he spent twelve years researching the topic of leadership together with 170 scientists from over 60 countries.
