Felix Klemme

Felix terminal (* 18th August 1980 ) is a German graduate sports scientist , life coach and author. He became known through the documentary series Extrem Difficult - My Way to a New Life on RTL II . Due to the success of the program, he got other programs on RTL II such as " Die Diet-Tester" and "Meine Eltern seine Kilos und Ich" . He also works as a speaker for lectures, stage programs and workshops.

In 2008 he graduated from the German Sport University in Cologne . In his diploma thesis, he examined the effects of 10-week strength training on various blood values ​​in overweight people. After graduating, he completed two years of additional training in psycho-neuro-immunology. Klemme is still the founder of the health and prevention company Outdoor Gym , which is represented at several locations in Germany and offers training courses outdoors in parks and in nature.

Felix Klemme lives with his wife and their children in Bonn.
