Extremely difficult - My way into a new life is a German-language docu-soap from the TV station RTL II . The series was first broadcast on November 13, 2013. Each episode of the docu-soap shows a very overweight candidate on the path to weight loss.
concept
At the center of the series is next to the respective candidate the qualified sports scientist Felix Klemme , who coaches the participants with regard to sport, healthy nutrition and self-confidence and accompanies them for a year. The concept of the series not only makes the participants lose weight, but also surgically corrects the consequences of weight loss. In addition to coaching by the fitness trainer Felix Klemme, a possible surgical intervention, for example a tightening operation, by the plastic surgeon Klaus Walgenbach is part of the program concept.
