Ralf Liivar (born April 2, 1903 in Tallinn , Estonia Governorate , † June 14, 1990 ibid) was an Estonian football player . With the Estonian national soccer team he took part in the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris .

Career

Ralf Liivar was born in Tallinn in 1903 . At a young age he joined the JK Tallinna Kalev to do sports. From 1929 Liivar studied at the Technical University of Tallinn. His football career, which lasted from 1924 to 1928, he completed in his hometown with Tallinna Kalev and the Tallinna JK . With the Tallinna JK Liivar won the championship in Estonia in the seasons 1926 and 1928 .

For the Estonian national team , he took part in the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, but was not used there. He played for the national team after his debut in June 1924 against Turkey in twelve other international matches, including once as team captain in October 1927 against Latvia in the Kadrioru stadium in Tallinn.
