The rock carvings at Big Wave Bay are petroglyphs in the Bay Big Wave Bay on Hong Kong .

The rock carvings were first officially reported by a police officer in 1970. There is no reliable information about their age, but it is assumed that this is around 3500 years. The rock carvings cover an area of ​​90 cm by 180 cm.

Since October 13, 1978, the petroglyphs have been part of the cultural monuments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are thus under monument protection by the Hong Kong Antiquities Authority .
