Fengxiang (Luobei)

The large community Fengxiang ( Chinese 凤翔镇 , Pinyin Fèngxiáng Zhèn ) is the capital of the Luobei district of the district-free city of Hegang in the northeast Chinese province of Heilongjiang . Fengxiang has 42,109 inhabitants (2000).
